Responsibilities:
The live-out chef will be in charge of:
Discussing meal preferences and expectations with clients
Research food and equipment suppliers
Order ingredients and other materials needed for meal preparation
Examine orders for accuracy and freshness
Cook delicious meals according to your client’s schedule. Plate and serve the meals to your clients
Clean the kitchen cooking area and store utensils and cooking equipment
Requirements:
Experience as a personal or restaurant chef.
Knowledge of a variety of dietary lifestyles and restrictions
Ability to cook different types of cuisines
