The operations manager will be in charge of implementing the right processes and practices across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Recruit and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
• Required experience is 3-5 years in fashion or related industry
• Passion for fashion, combined with good customer service skills.
• Highly computer literate and has capacity to train
• Understanding of retail e-commerce landscape

Preferred:

• Experience working in the luxury fashion industry
• Must be able to manage the flow of bookings and see to the delivery of fashion pieces from start to finish.
