We are currently recruiting for the position of Structural Engineer.
As an Engineer in a Real Estate Company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various engineering aspects of real estate development projects. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of engineering plans, compliance with regulations, and the delivery of high-quality projects.

Project Planning and Design:
– Collaborate with architects, designers, and other engineers to develop project plans and designs for real estate development projects.
– Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess the suitability of properties for development.
– Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents for regulatory approvals and construction purposes.
– Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.
Construction and Site Management:
– Oversee the construction and implementation of engineering designs, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
– Monitor construction progress, identify and address potential issues, and propose solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
– Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction activities, resolve technical queries, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols.
– Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials.
Engineering Analysis and Problem-solving:
– Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analysis to evaluate the structural integrity, stability, and performance of buildings and infrastructure systems.
– Identify and troubleshoot engineering problems, propose innovative solutions, and make recommendations for design modifications or improvements.
– Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks or issues during project implementation.
– Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in real estate engineering.
Collaboration and Communication:
– Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, project managers, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
– Provide technical expertise and guidance to project stakeholders, addressing their inquiries and clarifying engineering concepts as necessary.
– Prepare progress reports, engineering documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
– Participate in meetings, workshops, and design reviews to contribute to project discussions and decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate must have
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or specialized certifications are advantageous.
– Proven experience in engineering roles within the real estate industry, preferably including both residential and commercial projects.
– Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, standards, and construction practices.
– Proficiency in using engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, structural analysis software, and project management tools.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
Effective communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within designated timelines.
– Familiarity with sustainability and green building practices is a plus.
– Knowledge of local building regulations, permits, and approval processes.
