Architect Full Time

We are currently recruiting for the position of architect.

As an Architect in our real estate company, you will play a vital role in the design, planning, and development of our real estate projects. You will be responsible for creating innovative and functional architectural designs that meet our clients’ needs while adhering to local building codes and regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of our real estate projects, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing, structurally sound, and aligned with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

The architect will be responsible for:

Design Development:

– Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and construction teams, to determine project requirements and objectives.

– Develop architectural designs, conceptual sketches, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools.

– Incorporate sustainable design principles and best practices into project designs.

– Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project feasibility, identify challenges, and propose suitable design solutions.

Documentation and Drawing

Preparation:

– Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for construction purposes.

– Ensure all designs and drawings comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.

– Review and revise drawings based on feedback from clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Project Coordination:

– Collaborate with internal teams, such as construction, engineering, and interior design, to integrate their requirements into architectural designs.

– Coordinate with external consultants, such as structural engineers and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) professionals, to ensure seamless integration of their systems into the overall design.

– Provide guidance and support during the construction phase, addressing any design-related issues that may arise.

Research and Innovation:

– Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and materials related to architectural design and construction.

– Conduct research and analysis to explore innovative design approaches and solutions for real estate projects.

– Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient design practices into architectural projects.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

The ideal candidate must have:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

– Previous experience as an architect, preferably in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of successfully completed projects.

Technical Skills:

– Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

– Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.

– Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED certification process (desirable).

Design and Communication Abilities:

– Strong design and visualization skills with the ability to create compelling architectural concepts and presentations.

– Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with project teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

– Ability to convey complex ideas and technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Project Management:

– Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

– Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural designs.
