We are currently recruiting for the position of Admin manager. The admin manager would supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. They will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.
Duties/Responsibilities
The admin manager will be responsible for:
– Overseeing operations and staff at the hotel
– Assigning Front of House and Housekeeper tasks
– Daily room checks after housekeepers to ensure all amenities are working and room is perfectly clean
– Daily Check on all facilities to ensure proper set up and condition
– Escalating maintenance issues to Maintenance Supervisor and ensure quick resolution
– Maintaining reservations log
– Recording Daily Supplies and Bar inventory
– Resolving minor guest complaints
– Making Weekly Supplies Requisitions with Operations Manager
– Escalating major guest complaints to Operations Manager
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have:
– Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Catering, Hospitality or relevant field of study.
– Minimum of 2 years working experience in similar role.
– The capacity to multi-undertaking in a quick paced workplace.
– Great attention to detail and numerical skill.
– Great Leadership skill.
– High decision making skill.
– Excellent communication and relationship skills.
– Ability to work with little or no supervision.
