We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized, secretarial and administrative support in a well organized and timely manner. He/she will work on a one-to-one basis remotely on a variety of tasks related to the CEO’s working life and communication.
Personal assistants will perform secretarial work and provide the CEO with day-to-day administrative support. Their duties will include answering phone calls and managing correspondence, scheduling
appointments, and making travel arrangements.
Responsibilities:
The personal assistant will be responsible for:
● Reporting to CEO and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
● Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients
● Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
● Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
● Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
● Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
● Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
● Observing best business practices and etiquette.
Personal Assistant Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have
● A university degree
● Be Tech savvy
● A certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.
● 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
● Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as
MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● The ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
● The ability to use Relevant software.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
