Dispatch Rider Full Time

We are looking for a reliable dispatch rider.

The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and  must be composed.

Responsibilities

The dispatch rider will be responsible for:

• Acting promptly on request
• Addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
• Receiving and dispatching orders for products or deliveries
• Prioritizing calls according to urgency and importance
• Entering data in computer system and maintaining logs and records of calls, activities and other information

Requirements and skills

The ideal candidate must have:

• Proven experience as a dispatch rider
• Proficiency in oral English
• Active listening ability, with excellent communication skills
• Sound judgement and critical thinking
• Minimum of SSCE qualification
