Production Manager Full Time

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our client’s luxury fashion brand. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from sourcing raw materials to ensuring that the final product meets the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our client design, development, and supply chain teams to ensure that every product they produce meets the brand’s high standards.

Job Description:

The production manager will be responsible for:

– Overseeing the entire production process, including sourcing raw materials, managing production timelines, and ensuring that the final product meets the brand’s high standards
– Working closely with our design, development, and supply chain teams to ensure that all products are produced to the highest quality standards
– Managing production budgets and timelines to ensure that our products are delivered on time and on budget
– Maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating pricing and contracts as needed
– Ensuring that all production processes comply with relevant health and safety regulations

Educational Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have:

– A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Production Management, or a related field
– Strong understanding of production processes, including sourcing, manufacturing, and quality control

Work Experience:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the luxury fashion industry
– Proven track record of managing production timelines and budgets
– Experience working with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and contracts
– Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
